We will also go in search of rare and back vintage wines for you as part of our Wine Concierge service. We thrive on challenges, particularly in the wine sense.
In addition to tracking down rare and back vintage wines, we can perform the same service for any wine you are searching for. Perhaps you have recently been to a restaurant and would like to track down a particular bottle, or a friend has recommended a ‘must try’, Baumé can do the leg work for you.

If you are as fanatical about wine as we are, you will get eager at the prospect of a clear line of sight over your prized collection. We will run an inquisitive eye over your collections and catalogue each of them using multiple categories; region, vintage, Domaine, varietal, style, cuvée, quantity and size to name a few.
We use CellarTracker to curate and maintain your cellar. This fully flexible, scaleable and feature-rich program is web-based and mobile friendly allowing you to access your cellar at any time, anywhere. With powerful content channels, you have access to the largest repository of tasting notes with the ability to import published scoring /reviews from many of the renowned and respected voices in the wine world or add your own personal commentary.
Once we have created your own personal catalogue, you can have as much or as little involvement in the ongoing management as you wish. In terms of having an depth of understanding over your cellar content, you will be able to search the collection by any of the above categories which will give you a greater sense of what to drink, with what and when, when to buy and when to hold.
