Our Story
Baumé Fine Wines is owned and operated by Paul and Natalie Manthey and is based in Northern NSW. Established in 2017 as a wholesale business, Baumé prides itself on being different, small yet select.
As importers and distributors of fine wines from around the globe and Australia, we source wines from small ethical producers who share our philosophy. With passion, focus and experience at the heart of our strategy, we work hard to deliver on our promises, we are one of a kind, much like the producers that we represent.
Our wine offerings are always the result of a detailed study of the producer and their wines. We embrace all styles of wines as long as they are honestly made by people who love what they do and who take special care of the environment in which they work in.
We believe this is where wine is headed and is akin to where food is at present. The two go hand in hand.
